At I AM DELILAH, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind while it travels back to us.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
